Mandatory Start-Up Consumables Policy
Effective immediately, all Audley machine sales must include the required start-up consumables listed on this page. Orders will not ship without the accompanying consumables package. This policy is mandatory with no exceptions. Missing consumables at installation and training dates is no longer acceptable. Dealers are responsible for ensuring the correct consumables are ordered alongside every machine.
Power & Software Requirements
This is one of the highest power requirements in the Audley lineup. A licensed electrician should prepare the dedicated circuit before the machine arrives.
60A Dedicated Circuit Required
Have a licensed electrician install a dedicated 220V single-phase / 60A breaker before your delivery date. Do not attempt to run this machine on a shared circuit.

Ricoh Ink Critical
This machine uses Ricoh Gen 5/6 printheads and requires Soft Ricoh UV Inks. These inks are not interchangeable with inks used on other Audley UV flatbed models. Using incorrect inks can damage printheads and affect warranty coverage.

Why must I use Ricoh UV Inks specifically?
The 2513 uses Ricoh Gen 5/6 industrial printheads, which require Ricoh-formulated UV inks for proper viscosity, adhesion, and curing. Using non-Ricoh inks may clog the printheads and affect warranty coverage.

The 2513 is a large-format industrial UV flatbed with four Ricoh Gen 5/6 heads and integrated UV curing lamps.
