Mandatory Start-Up Consumables Policy
Effective immediately, all Audley machine sales must include the required start-up consumables listed on this page. Orders will not ship without the accompanying consumables package. This policy is mandatory with no exceptions. Missing consumables at installation and training dates is no longer acceptable. Central Print Supply is responsible for confirming that the required consumables are included with the machine order.

Audley implemented the mandatory start-up consumables policy after repeated situations where the correct supplies were not on-site when a machine arrived. The result was delayed installations and shortened training sessions, which affects both dealers and customers.
Having every required item on hand before delivery allows the assigned installation technician to complete installation, run calibration, and provide operator training on day one. Your team starts with the right materials and a smoother path to production.
| Can I order consumables separately after the machine ships? | No. Under the current policy, orders will not ship until the required consumables are included on the purchase order. Contact Central Print Supply to update your purchase order before shipment. |
| Why does white ink require 3 bottles? | White ink is consumed at a higher rate than CMYK inks in DTF printing because it forms the base layer on each print. Three bottles help cover initial training and early production without immediate interruption. |
| What software do I need before delivery? | The 8072-3 WiFi is compatible with RIIN RIP software and Flexi. The assigned installation technician will assist with software setup and calibration during installation. |
| Do I need a licensed electrician? | Yes. The listed configuration uses dedicated 220V / 10A printer power and dedicated 220V / 25A shaker power. Have a licensed electrician verify the final voltage, amperage, breaker, receptacle, grounding, and local-code requirements shown in the written quote and manufacturer documentation before delivery day. |
