Policy Purpose

Why This Policy Exists

Audley implemented the mandatory start-up consumables policy after repeated situations where the correct supplies were not on-site when a machine arrived. The result was delayed installations and shortened training sessions, outcomes that hurt dealers and their customers alike.

Having every required item in hand before your machine is delivered means your Audley technician can complete a full installation, run calibration, and deliver complete operator training on day one. Your team leaves confident and ready to produce.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does white ink require 2 bottles? White ink is consumed significantly faster than CMYK in UV flatbed printing because it forms the opaque base layer on many prints. Two bottles helps ensure you have enough supply to complete initial training and early production runs without interruption.
What software is required before delivery? The 9060 Rigid requires RIIN RIP software and the QY Smart Vision camera software. Your Audley technician will assist with installation, camera calibration, and full setup during the installation visit.
Can I order consumables separately after the machine ships? No. Under the current policy, orders will not ship until the required consumables are included on the purchase order. Contact your Audley sales representative to update your PO.
Do I need a licensed electrician? Yes. The 9060 requires a dedicated 220V single-phase / 25A breaker. Audley strongly recommends having a licensed electrician verify and install the required circuit before delivery day.
