The Audley D1600‑4 Sublimation Flag Printer (I3200‑A1 configuration) is a 1.6 m wide, four‑head industrial printer designed for large‑scale textile and flag production. Using four Epson I3200‑A1 printheads and CMYK sublimation ink, it delivers vibrant color, smooth gradients and deep ink penetration on polyester fabrics for flags, banners, backdrops and soft signage at resolutions up to 1440 × 2880 dpi.

The 1600 mm print width gives you ample space for full‑size flags, promotional banners and tall feather or teardrop flag layouts, while the four‑head I3200‑A1 array provides high productivity. Speeds are rated around 135 ㎡/h at 2‑pass, 105 ㎡/h at 3‑pass and 75 ㎡/h at 4‑pass, enabling you to handle both bulk flag orders and higher‑quality indoor textile graphics on the same machine. A CISS continuous ink system provides stable ink delivery over long runs, and the auto up‑and‑down carriage helps keep the optimal gap when switching between different fabric weights.

The printer is optimized for sublimation ink on polyester‑based materials and can run direct‑to‑fabric or paper‑transfer workflows depending on your finishing line. Fore and rear heating, in line with similar flag printer designs, support efficient drying and fixation prior to calendering or finishing, reducing smudging and improving color stability on warp‑knitted fabric, satin, display rack fabric, mesh fabric and other flag substrates. A standard automatic roll feeding and take‑up system is designed for continuous operation in garment factories, textile shops and soft‑signage production environments.

Like the 4720 configuration, the D1600‑4 I3200‑A1 version is controlled via Maintop RIP (with Photoprint available) and interfaces over USB 2.0 to a Windows PC. It follows Audley’s typical system requirements: an Intel Core i7‑9700K‑class CPU or equivalent AMD, at least 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD plus 1 TB HDD, gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0/3.0 ports, running 64‑bit Windows 7/10/11. Powered from a 220 V, 50–60 Hz supply, the printer ships in a crate around 340 × 107 × 166 cm with a machine weight about 860 kg and includes a one‑year warranty covering the machine (excluding print heads and ink system) plus lifetime support.
